You must contact Customer Support to arrange a return. When returning an item please provide us the original order information. All product MUST be returned in its original packaging. Products shipped direct from the factory are Non-Returnable. Return shipping will be the sole responsibility of the customer. A 25% restocking fee may be assessed at the discretion of Red's Kitchen.
We currently only ship to the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii, please request a rate quote. We are also unable to deliver products to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Standard Ground Shipping will be delivered to the shipping address provided.
Large or heavy pieces are typically delivered on large trucks which are not equipped with a liftgate unless otherwise specified. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, a $65.00 flat rate charge will be applied to your order. Please contact Customer Support should you need to use this service.
The shipping method will be chosen by Red's Kitchen. Orders will be provided with necessary tracking info after the order has been placed and as the order is shipped.

We will NOT be held responsible for damage to freight after it leaves our warehouse. Items should be inspected for damage at the time of delivery. If product is damaged, the customer and the driver should sign and note all damages on the Bill of Lading. A freight claim can then be made with the shipping company.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Red's Kitchen or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Red's Kitchen shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses where sales tax applies. Please contact Customer Support to if you have a Resale Certificate.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Red's Kitchen shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Red's Kitchen shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Red's Kitchen shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
