1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?Most of our items will typically ship within 7-10 business days
2. How will my order arrive? All equipment will ship from our warehouse or the manufacturer via a freight carrier using tailgate delivery. The buyer is responsible for the unloading of the unit from the truck. A liftgate service can be purchased when you place your order. This will safely have the order lowered to the parking lot. Moving of the unit from the parking lot into the facility is the responsibility of the buyer.
Small wares will be delivered via UPS ground unless otherwise specified.
3. What if my order arrives damaged?Despite how well products are packaged damage and loss can occur. As the purchaser, it is your responsibility to do the following:
• Verify the shipment matches the freight carrier's documentation • Visually inspect the packaging for damage and identify any damage on the freight carriers documentation • Uncrate or unpackage the order and complete a full inspection for damage. If the drive refuses to remain on site for a full inspect, note this on the freight carriers documentation. • If concealed damage is discovered after the item has been signed for in good condition, Red's Kitchen will no longer be liable. All claims for compensation must be addressed directly with the freight carrier. • You may refuse any shipment with signs of damage. • Your signature on the freight carriers documentation acknowledges that the shipment was received in good condition and absent of damage or shortages.

5. How much does shipping cost? We offer FREE FREIGHT within the continental United States. Should you need liftgate service at time of delivery we will asses a $50.00 charge to the order. If you need expedited delivery, please contact info@redskitchen.com for a shipping quote.
6. Do you take orders over the phone?Yes! We do accept orders over the phone. We understand not everyone feels comfortable placing orders via the internet. Simply call 888-614-7337 to speak to a sales representative.
7. Do you sell used equipment?Most of our items are brand new. However, from time to time we do get in used demo units that we offer at a fantastic price. Check out our Clearance & Scratch N' Dent section to see if we currently have any used equipment in stock.
8. Do you offer installation?At this time we do not offer installation.
